two days after a deadly crash, critics are calling for an end to seattle's duck tours. a duck tour vehicle collided with a charter bus on a bridge killing four international students at north seattle college. 50 people are injured.

ducks tour with her parents. >> it felt like we lost control. >> i remember rolling around over people and rolled right out of the window. >> federal investigators are now trying to determine what caused the crash. some bystanders also helped rescue some survivors. a miracle at he sea. a baby born three months premature on a cruise ship and it took the efforts of the crew, including the captain, to keep that baby alive. haiden morgan decided to crash his family's vacation. all 1 pound 8 ounces of him. >> it's nice to on a cruise because you can get away and not think about anything. >> reporter: his parents decided to take their three-year-old daughter khloe on a vacation at sea in august. >> we were going to let her swim with the dolphins. that one last experience before

she became a big sister. >> reporter: she was set to become big sister on september 19. her pregnancy was cleared and off they went. two days later. >> we had gone to dinner and that night i started having contractions. the doctors came down at 1:20 and they said, you know, we are 14 hours from port. we don't want to have this baby on the ship. don't push. at that time i knew that the baby was coming very quickly. >> reporter: a half hour later haiden was born. the medical staff told emily he isn't make it. >> i just started to cry and just told my husband we weren't going to have any kids. >> it was hard. it was very emotional. but i was trying to, you know, focus on emily. >> reporter: but 45 minutes later. in and said that he was still alive but they didn't think he was going to last very long. >> reporter: with no incubator on the ship, the crew swatled the babies in towels.

made it two hours ahead of schedule. that saved their little boy's life. after three days in the hospital there, ahead-was airlifted to a children's hospital near coral gables. what will you tell haiden someday about his birthday? >> he was made to fight and show people that, you know, it's possible that even in the worst situations you can make something good out of it. >> reporter: the chances of a baby born that early surviving are between 15 and 30%. that's when the baby is delivered in a hospital. so very lucky little boy right there. an actor has started a worldwide conversation about a disruption at wednesday's matinee. in an exclusive interview with cbs2, kelvin munlo says he received support after writing about the incident on facebook. it begins the sentence i'm angry and i'm sad. he goes on to say how a bow who

but we need the rain so badly. i am not sure too many people will be upset. 73 at jfk. 72 for newark. 71 for islip and laguardia. 70 degrees. so at 72. that puts central park pretty much right where you should be. the norm 71. we were at 72. our morning low a little on the warm side. vortex satellite and radar showing the clouds not showing rain in our area. you head just to the south, we are seeing some rain. you can see it here around virginia. so, basically, what we're looking at is high pressure in the circulation around it tapping into some, we'll call it mild air for this time of the year. also keeping a little bit of that rain away. that will not be the case as we head through the week. so we're cool and comfortable tonight. no complaints out there. it's a little chilly for some people's taste. but it's fall. that's how it goes. we have some sun and clouds for your sunday. a nice end to the weekend.

some of our south jersey locations could see a few raindrops. the rest of us dry for sunday. it is on monday that we have a slight chance of seeing some showers across the tri-state area and we will repeat that on tuesday. it's a slight chance. 30%. but we need the rain. so we'll hope to get some. overnight tonight we are mostly cloudy, comfortable and cool. around 59 trees in the city. we have some 40s in the suburbs. tomorrow tunnel to towers. the 5k run and walk should be right around 64 degrees at 9:30 when things kick off. we will see a nices mix of sun and clouds. here is your 7-day forecast. we have temperatures 73 degrees. that's your high temperature for your sunday. we will be significant warmer on monday. more like 77 degrees. but you will want to bring that umbrella. slight chance for showers on monday. keep the umbrella handy on tuesday where the high is expected to reach 80 degrees. then some late clearing on wednesday. look at what happens next weekend. out.

many mets fans tonight are definitely going to bed with smiles on their faces. steve has the update. >> wondering, did i dream it? is this season for real? it really is happening. right now maybe the most beautiful sight for mets fans is that little x by the mets' name in the standings. that means they have officially done it. for the first time in nearly a decade, they have clinched the division title. they will most likely face the dodgers in the playoffs. a team with three lefties in the starting rotation. terry collins playing his own lefties, trying to get them acclimated. lucas duda has gotten acclimated. a grand slam in the first inning. so much for matt harvey's innings cap. six and two-thirds innings.

big brother still has some work to do. the yankees' magic number is four. that's to earn a one game wildcard berth. that is technically the post-season. time is running out for the yankees as far as winning the division. toronto won. the best they have remained four games back. down 1-0 in the sixth. they finally showed some signs of life at the plate. back-to-back rbi doubles from chase headley and alex rodriguez in new york, taking the lead. just three hits for the bombers, which actually wasn't an issue because the yankees hold their own on the mound. andrew miller locking down the save. the yankees hang on to win 2-1. rutgers needed a game like this. some sort of a confidence booster before heading to the meat of their big 10 schedule. they are going to be facing some monster teams. of course, it comes at the expense of kansas, who have now lost 31 consecutive road games. i know it's still early. but chris lebiano, he is first in the big 10 in completion
